De gemeente Smallingerland heeft behoefte aan een nieuw Belasting applicatie. En wenst met onderhavige opdracht een overeenkomst af te sluiten met 1 opdrachtnemer voor de implementatie en het onderhoud van de Belasting en applicatie. De gemeente Smallingerland heeft behoefte aan een nieuw Belasting applicatie. En wenst met onderhavige opdracht een overeenkomst af te sluiten met 1 opdrachtnemer voor de implementatie en het onderhoud van de Belasting en applicatie. De Opdracht bestaat uit 3 delen: 1) de belasting applicatie, 2) de implementatie van de belasting applicatie, inclusief de migratie, 3) het onderhoud van de applicatie na implementatie. De belasting applicatie ondersteund de medewerker bij het efficiënt uitvoeren van de taken en faciliteert het werk van de verschillende disciplines binnen het cluster belastingen en WOZ. Onderdeel van de belasting applicatie is tenminste de volgende standaard functionaliteit: • Heffen • Invordering • Kwijtschelding • Bezwaar en Beroep • WOZ • Belastingportaal voor inwoners en bedrijven • Het genereren van standaard- en maatwerkrapporten • Het genereren van standaard- en maatwerksjablonen De implementatie van de belasting applicatie is een ingrijpend proces voor de betrokken medewerkers. Bij de implementatie willen wij kunnen vertrouwen op ervaren projectleider(s) en consultants van de Opdrachtnemer. Een duidelijk plan van aanpak met duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden, taken en planning is daarom een belangrijk onderdeel van een succesvolle implementatie. Omvang van de opdracht is geraamd (en tevens plafondbedrag) op €2.100.000,- exclusief btw. Met de raming van de opdracht is eventuele afname van toekomstige modules rekening gehouden. De Overeenkomst expireert als de geraamde waarde wordt bereikt.
