Description

De werkzaamheden bestaan in hoofdzaak uit: • Vervanging van valondergronden en speelvelden inclusief belijning, niet zijnde onderdeel van renovatieprojecten; • Onderhoud van kunstgras valondergronden vanaf 100m2 en speelvelden vanaf 200m2 • Herstel grasmat van speelvelden of gras onder en nabij speelobjecten • Herstel van bestrating onder en direct rondom valondergronden • Herstel van onderbouw van valondergronden • Verwijderen van vuil, mos en algen op valondergronden en speelvelden. Het areaal bestaat momenteel uit 767 valondergronden verdeeld over ca. 332 speelplaatsen met één of meerdere valondergronden. De verwachting is dat deze aantallen ongeveer tussen de 5% en 8% zullen groeien per jaar. De omvang van de Opdracht wordt geraamd tussen de €125.000,- en €175.000,- per jaar.
