Description

De lopende Raamovereenkomst met de leverancier van Digitale Content en digitale diensten loopt in 2026 af. Goedopweg heeft behoefte aan een structurele, meerjarige samenwerking met één digitale partner die zowel creatief als technisch kan bijdragen aan het realiseren en doorontwikkelen van digitale campagnes en digitale oplossingen. Deze Europese aanbesteding richt zich op het selecteren van één strategische digitale partner die Goedopweg ondersteunt bij het ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en doorontwikkelen van digitale campagnes, digitale oplossingen en online kanalen, inclusief de technische doorontwikkeling van de bijbehorende websites. Goedopweg beoogt één hoofdinschrijver te selecteren die - eventueel samen met partners - de digitale opgaven voor de periode 2026 tot en met 2028 vormgeeft en, indien gewenst, ook kan bijdragen aan de digitale oplossingen. Voor de maximale contractduur - inclusief verlengingen - van 4 jaar is de volgende raming gemaakt: € 1.500.000,-- (ex. BTW). Opdrachtgever is gerechtigd om tot 150% van deze geraamde waarde af te nemen onder deze Raamovereenkomst. De hierboven genoemde omvang is slechts bedoeld als indicatie. Opdrachtnemer kan hier op geen enkele wijze rechten aan ontlenen. Alle genoemde bedragen zijn exclusief BTW. De Aanbestedende dienst heeft geen afnameverplichting en geeft geen omzetgarantie. Gelet op de HvJ EU uitspraak van 19 december 2018 (zaak C 216/17) is de Aanbestedende dienst gehouden een totale maximale hoeveelheid aan te geven die onder de raamovereenkomsten kan worden afgenomen. De totale maximale hoeveelheid (over de gehele looptijd inclusief verlengingsopties) van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 2.250.000, -- (ex. Btw).
