Deze opdracht ziet top nieuwsvoorziening, contentintegratie en mediamonitoring. IUC Belastingdienst is voornemens de opdrachtverstrekking aan LexisNexis B.V. te baseren op artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b onder 3 en lid 3 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012: de overheidsopdracht kan slechts door i) een bepaalde ondernemer worden verricht, omdat ii) uitsluitende rechten, met inbegrip van intellectuele-eigendomsrechten, moeten worden beschermd en iii) geen redelijk alternatief of substituut bestaat en het ontbreken van de mededinging niet het gevolg is van een kunstmatige beperking van de voorwaarden van de aanbesteding. Het betreft een overeenkomst voor maximaal 5 jaar. De omvang van de opdracht zal gedeeld worden bij aankondiging van de gegungde opdracht - excl. btw. Zie bijlage vrijwillige transparantie vooraf
