Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van één leverancier die een toekomstbestendige, veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke applicatie levert en implementeert, waarmee het gehele bestuurlijke besluitvormingsproces van College en Raad voor de gemeente wordt ondersteund. De oplossing moet recht doen aan de wettelijke kaders (zoals AVG, Archiefwet, Gemeentewet en WOO) en aan de wensen van de verschillende gebruikersgroepen. Het systeem moet bijdragen aan transparantie, tijdigheid, volledigheid en efficiency in de bestuurlijke besluitvorming. De oplossing ondersteunt tevens livestreaming en on-demand beschikbaarstelling van raadsvergaderingen en biedt functionaliteit voor digitale stemming en verslaglegging van de collegevergaderingen conform de geldende archief- en toegankelijkheidsnormen.
