De opdracht is opgedeeld in twee percelen en de raamcontractant levert brugwachters ten behoeve van bediening van beweegbare spoorbruggen. Het betreft de volgende objecten: Perceel 1 - Lokale bediening van beweegbare spoorbruggen: - spoorbruggen Oosterdoksluis (Amsterdam); - spoorbrug Galgewater (Leiden); - spoorbrug Dubbele Wiericke (Nieuwerbrug aan den Rijn). Perceel 2 - Brugbediening op afstand vanuit de locaties: Lokale nachtbediening: - Baanhoekspoorbrug (Sliedrecht); - Spoor- en verkeersbruggen over de Oude Maas (Dordrecht). Afroepbare inzet (afstands)bediening: - VL-operatie Alkmaar: locatie VL-post Alkmaar en bruglocatie Jan-Blankenbrug Purmerend t.b.v. meerdere beweegbare bruggen; - VL-operatie Rotterdam: bruglocatie over de Oude Maas (Dordrecht), op termijn wordt dit VL post Rotterdam, t.b.v. meerdere beweegbare bruggen. Zie aanbestedingsleidraad. Het betreft een raamovereenkomst voor de bediening van beweegbare spoorbruggen, zowel lokaal als op afstand. De opdracht is opgedeeld in één perceel en de raamcontractant levert brugwachters ten behoeve van bediening van beweegbare spoorbruggen. Het betreft de volgende objecten: Lokale bediening van beweegbare spoorbruggen: Baanhoek(vakwerk)spoorbrug (Sliedrecht); spoor(draai)brug Galgewater (Leiden); spoor(draai)bruggen Oosterdoksluis (Amsterdam); spoor(ophaal)brug De Vink (Leiden); spoor(hef)brug Dubbele Wiericke (Nieuwerbrug aan den Rijn); Wantij(hef)spoorbrug (Dordrecht); spoorbruggen Vecht (Weesp).(wordt via percelenregeling 1 op 1 gegund aan de huidige opdrachtnemer). Brugbediening op afstand vanuit de locaties: Verkeersleidingspost (hierna: VL-post) Alkmaar; Brugpost Dordrecht ten behoeve van spoorbruggen Grote Brug Oude Maas, verkeersbrug RWS en draaibrug Arkel, op termijn verandert dit in de VL-post Rotterdam. Zie aanbestedingsleidraad.; Het doel van deze aanbesteding betreft een raamovereenkomst met een betrouwbare partner voor: - nachtbediening van diverse bruggen; - afroepbare inzet voor (afstands)bediening meerdere bruggen.
