Description

De gemeente Leiden beoogt met deze aanbesteding het sluiten van één integrale raamovereenkomst voor openbare verlichting (OVL). Onderdeel van de scope is storing en onderhoud OVL en projectmatige vervangingen OVL. Voor een specifieke omschrijving van de werkzaamheden wordt verwezen naar het bestek. Storing en onderhoud Openbare Verlichting • Correctief en preventief onderhoud, waaronder conservering (schilderen) van gietijzeren en stalen masten. • Het verhelpen van storingen aan openbare verlichting (armaturen, masten, kabels, schakelkasten), zowel binnen als buiten werktijden (24/7). • Afhandeling via het storingsmanagementsysteem MOON of gelijkwaardig. • Reactie-, herstel- en rapportagetijden conform de KPI’s in het RAW-bestek. • Veiligstellen van elektrische installaties in de openbare ruimte op verzoek van gemeente, politie of brandweer. • Incidentele vervangingen van bestaande OVL. • Afstemming en coördinatie met opdrachten derden (nuts en projectontwikkelaars). • Opstellen van verkeersplannen en indienen bij de gemeente Leiden afdeling verkeersregie. Projectmatige vervangingen Openbare Verlichting • Leveren, plaatsen, aansluiten en vervangen van openbare verlichting (armaturen, masten, kabels, schakelkasten). • Werkzaamheden vinden plaats binnen zowel civieltechnische projecten als zelfstandige OVL-projecten. • Uitvoering als nevenaannemer bij grotere infrastructurele projecten. • Verzorgen van de administratieve verwerking, actualiseren van revisiegegevens en registreren van mutaties in het gemeentelijke beheersysteem. • Opstellen van verkeersplannen en indienen bij de gemeente Leiden afdeling verkeersregie.
