Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van smartphones, accessoires en bijbehorende dienstverlening. Onder de bijbehorende dienstverlening wordt onder andere verstaan: - het afhandelen van garantiegevallen; - het voorzien van aangeschafte middelen van een CMDB-nummersticker en het aanleveren van bijbehorende CMDB-lijsten; - het registreren van nieuw aangeschafte smartphones in Intune (bijvoorbeeld via Apple School Manager); - het uitvoeren van reparaties buiten garantie (optioneel); - het afvoeren en dataveilig wissen (datawiping) van apparatuur (optioneel). Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van smartphones, accessoires en bijbehorende dienstverlening. Zie verder aanbestedingsdocument.
