Description

De opdracht betreft de integrale engineering, ontwerpuitwerking, advisering en technische coördinatie voor de realisatie van circa 12.800 m² bvo nieuwbouw voor Campus Venlo. De realisatie vindt plaats op de huidige locatie aan de Tegelseweg 255, als vervanging van het verouderde gebouw W1 en een deel van het Campusterrein. Na realisatie van de nieuwbouw wordt gebouw W1 gesloopt. Vervolgens wordt een deel van het terrein naar het nieuwe campusconcept ingericht en wordt er parkeren op het maaiveld gerealiseerd. Het herbestemmen van gebouw W3 en het direct omliggend terrein rondom W3 vallen buiten de scope van het nieuwbouwproject. De opgave betreft het binnen ruimtelijke , functionaliteits- en kwaliteitskaders integraal te optimaliseren en te vertalen naar een technisch realiseerbaar, duurzaam en toekomstgericht ontwerp. Daarnaast treedt de Total Engineer adviserend op richting Fontys en onderzoekt, vergelijkt en onderbouwt de verschillende ontwerpvarianten. - De opdracht betreft de integrale engineering, ontwerpuitwerking, advisering en technische coördinatie voor de realisatie van circa 12.800 m² bvo nieuwbouw voor Campus Venlo. - De ontwerpende partijen zijn verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van een flexibel, toekomstbestendig en (modulair) gebouwconcept dat ruimte biedt aan circa 2.750 studenten (met een bandbreedte van 2.500-3.000 studenten) en 250 fte medewerkers, ingericht volgens het Fontys brede Sticky Campus concept. - De opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van de ontwerpwerkzaamheden, conform de in deze aanbestedingsleidraad beschreven scope en uitgangspunten. De Aanbestedende Dienst stelt in deze fase geen taakstellend budget voor de realisatie vast. Vaststelling van een taakstellend realisatiebudget vindt plaats in de gunningsfase en zal onderdeel uit maken van de overeenkomst. Op basis van de scope, uitgangspunten en referentiekaders kan een indicatieve raming van de bouwkosten worden afgegeven door de Aanbestedende Dienst in de gunningsfase. De bouwkosten voor de realisatie van het project zijn indicatief geraamd binnen een bandbreedte. Deze bandbreedte is bedoeld als oriëntatief kader en kan gedurende de ontwerpfasen nader worden geconcretiseerd en geactualiseerd. Aan deze indicatie kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
