Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren van één gespecialiseerde opdrachtnemer voor de integrale uitvoering van het project ‘Energiefixers’ binnen de gemeente Bergen op Zoom. Met dit project beoogt de gemeente minimaal 400 kwetsbare huishoudens met energiearmoede te ondersteunen door het geven van passend energieadvies over de beschikbare maatregelen en het direct aanbrengen van de meest effectieve energiebesparende maatregelen. Daarnaast legt het project een actieve verbinding met het sociaal domein. Hierbij wordt ingezet op maximale maatschappelijke impact door de combinatie van drie pijlers: de verduurzaming van woningen, het verlichten van armoede en het realiseren van leertrajecten voor inwoners met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Het initiële plafondbudget voor de uitvoering van de opdracht bedraagt € 301.000,- exclusief btw Binnen dit budget en binnen de initiële looptijd van één (1) jaar en vier (4) maanden dient de opdrachtnemer minimaal 400 unieke huishoudens uit de doelgroep te ondersteunen. De maximale totale opdrachtwaarde binnen de raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 451.500,- exclusief btw over de maximale looptijd van drie (3) jaar en vier (4) maanden.
