Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om een overeenkomst af te sluiten met één dienstverlener voor de huur van een aantal multifunctionals met all-in onderhoud. Het voornemen is om deze all-in overeenkomst af te sluiten voor de duur van 60 maanden en een optioneel tweemaal één (2 x 1 jaar) verlengingsjaar. De volgende leveringen zijn onderdeel van de scope van deze opdracht: • 16 Multifunctionals • Print- en scanmanagementoplossing SaaS of hybride • Onderhoud en supplies (aantal afdrukken) • Werkzaamheden buiten het inbegrepen onderhoud Aanbestedende dienst kan niet voorspellen hoe de organisatie zich zal ontwikkelen gedurende de looptijd van het contract. De volgende levering vallen buiten de scope van de opdracht: • plotters
