Description

Dit is een Europese Openbare aanbesteding van Stichting Radboud universitair medisch centrum, hierna te noemen Radboudumc. Het doel van de aanbesteding is het selecteren van één (1) leverancier waarmee een Raamovereenkomst afgesloten gaat worden voor de duur van drie (3) jaar met een eenzijdige optie tot verlenging van éénmaal één (1) jaar voor de levering van de tolkdiensten Radboudumc breed. Tevens zal gedurende de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst continu aandacht dienen te zijn voor duurzaamheid in de dienstverlening, onder meer door uitvoering te geven aan de Green Deal Duurzame Zorg die Radboudumc (mede) ondertekent heeft en haar eigen Duurzaamheidsbeleid 2021-2025 die in samenspraak met de Radboud Universiteit tot stand is gekomen. De scope van de opdracht betreft fysieke tolkdiensten, telefonische tolkdiensten, conference call tolkdiensten en video tolkdiensten.
