Description

Algemene informatie De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) staat in binnen- en buitenland bekend om haar unieke onderwijssysteem: het probleemgestuurde onderwijs (PGO). Bovendien profileert de UM zich door de sterk internationale oriëntatie. Een toenemend aantal studenten uit zowel heel Nederland als ook het buitenland kiest voor het Maastrichtse systeem. Inhoud van de Tender De Opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van cateringdienstverlening en banquetingservices voor eigen rekening en risico van de Opdrachtnemer in diverse gebouwen van Universiteit Maastricht. Doel en beoogd resultaat van de Tender Het doel van deze Offerteaanvraag is het aangaan van een Overeenkomst met één partij. De ingangsdatum van deze overeenkomst is voorzien op 1 juli 2026 en eindigt, behoudens verlenging, van rechtswege op 30 juni 2030. Deze Overeenkomst kan met maximaal drie (3) maal twee (2) jaren worden verlengd. De maximale duur van de Overeenkomst is derhalve tien (10) jaren. Tevens wenst UM een Wachtkamerovereenkomst met 1 partij af te sluiten voor de periode van 1 jaar ingaande op 1 juli 2026 en eindigd op 30 juni 2027 met optie tot verlenging met 1 jaar.
