Algemene informatie De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) staat in binnen- en buitenland bekend om haar unieke onderwijssysteem: het probleemgestuurde onderwijs (PGO). Bovendien profileert de UM zich door de sterk internationale oriëntatie. Een toenemend aantal studenten uit zowel heel Nederland als ook het buitenland kiest voor het Maastrichtse systeem. De UM is de jongste universiteit van Nederland en groeit snel. Er zijn momenteel ruim 23.000 studenten en 5.000 medewerkers. Onderwijs en onderzoek van de UM is voornamelijk georganiseerd op basis van faculteiten en schools. Meer informatie over de UM is te vinden op de internetsite www.maastrichtuniversity.nl. Inhoud van de Tender De werkzaamheden betreffen het realiseren van een ongestoorde verzorging van de salarisverwerking conform de door de UM gestelde eisen en wensen. De werkzaamheden vallen uiteen in: - Ondersteuning, zijn de foutenherstel, regulier onderhoud en customizing in SAP Payroll en SAP Travel Management (looncomponenten, rekenregels en rekenschema); Salarisverwerking. - Opdrachtnemer dient ervoor te zorgen dat de wet- en regelgeving (incl. wettelijke CAO) wordt toegepast in de te ondersteunen systemen SAP Payroll en SAP TravelManagement, indien SAP Payroll gerelateerd. Doel en beoogd resultaat van de Tender Het doel van deze Offerteaanvraag is het aangaan van een Overeenkomst met één partij. De ingangsdatum van deze overeenkomst is voorzien op 1 augustus 2026 en eindigt, behoudens verlenging, van rechtswege op 31 juli 2028. Deze Overeenkomst kan met maximaal 1x2 en 2x1 jaren worden verlengd. De maximale duur van de Overeenkomst is derhalve zes (6) jaren.
