Description
Dit betreft de opdracht voor de levering, inrichting, implementatie en het onderhoud van een subsidiebeheersysteem. Deze Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure is opgestart wegens vervanging van de huidige applicatie die gebaseerd is op processysteem dat zaakgericht werkt en afkomstig is van de firma Ivengi. Voorafgaand aan deze aanbesteding is een marktconsultatie gehouden die als doel had om te inventariseren welke partijen, op welke wijze invulling kunnen geven aan de in de marktconsultatie beschreven functionaliteiten. Mede aan de hand van de input die wij hebben ontvangen tijdens de marktconsultatie hebben wij de bijgevoegde documentatie samengesteld.
