Description

De gemeente Midden-Groningen is op zoek naar een klantvolgsysteem dat het hele proces van schuldhulpverlening ondersteunt, van aanmelding tot nazorg. Het systeem moet alle fasen van het schuldhulpverleningsproces omvatten: • Aanmelding • Intake • Stabilisatie • Budgetbeheer • Schuldregelen (bemiddeling of saneringskrediet) • Sociale lening • Budgetcoaching • Nazorg De overeenkomst wordt afgesloten voor maximaal 7 jaar. De eenmalige kosten worden geschat op €4.000 excl. BTW en de jaarlijkse kosten op €48.000 excl. BTW. Deze bedragen omvatten alle kosten die bij de opdracht horen, zoals de implementatie en inrichting van het systeem, de licenties en gebruiksrechten, onderhoud en doorontwikkeling, en ondersteuning bij gebruik. Deze cijfers zijn gebaseerd op de beschikbare historische gegevens en relevante toekomstverwachtingen. Het gaat uitdrukkelijk om een geraamde totale opdrachtwaarde die ter indicatie dient. Aan deze opdrachtwaarde kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
