Description

Wij hebben sinds langere tijd een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van standaard softwarelicenties, welke afloopt in november 2026. Ter waarborging van het op een rechtmatige en doelmatige manier te kunnen blijven voldoen aan de verwerving van softwarelicenties voor de komende jaren wordt voorgenoemde overeenkomst opnieuw aanbesteed. Wij zijn op zoek naar een leverancier (reseller) die kan voorzien in de levering van standaard softwarelicenties en aanverwante diensten (volgens de eisen zoals gesteld in bijgevoegd Programma van Eisen). Deze leverancier dient onafhankelijk, passend en kwalitatief advies te geven dat in het belang is van ons. Zie Aanbestedingsdocumenten. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht bedraagt €260.000, - (excl. BTW) per jaar. De totale geraamde waarde over de maximale looptijd van vier (4) jaar bedraagt €1.040.000, - (excl. BTW). Ingeval wij meer dan 200% boven de hierboven geraamde totale contractwaarde uitkomen, zal een nieuwe aanbesteding worden opgezet. De maximale afname onder de Raamovereenkomst bedraagt daarmee € 2.080.000, - (excl. BTW).
