Description

Deze openbare procedure heeft als doel te komen tot de keuze voor een Koper die bereid is om één of beide percelen te kopen en de door haar voorgestelde ontwikkeling(en) voor haar eigen rekening en risico te realiseren conform de uitgangspunten van de Gemeente. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het scholenprogramma zijn diverse oude schoolgebouwen, vaak met bijhorende gymzalen en/of peuterspeelzalen, leeg komen te staan of komen binnenkort leeg. Een deel van de oude schoolgebouwen is inmiddels gesloopt, wordt in het najaar gesloopt of wordt tijdelijk verhuurd aan diverse partijen (waaronder leegstandsbeheer). Door het vrijkomen van een groot aantal locaties in verschillende kernen van de gemeente Midden-Groningen is er behoefte ontstaan om deze locaties gefaseerd te verkopen. Hiervoor is het Programma ‘Vrijkomende Locaties’ opgericht, dat gericht is op de transformatie van deze locaties.
