De opdracht betreft het leveren en beheren van dataverbindingen tussen schoollocaties onderling, tussen schoollocaties en het datacenter[MH1.1][MH1.2] van Stichting Carmelcollege te Enschede. Met deze Europese aanbesteding beoogt opdrachtgever te komen tot een toekomstbestendige, kostenefficiënte en betrouwbare oplossing.
