Het doel van deze aanbesteding is een overeenkomst te sluiten met twee partijen (één partij voor installatietechnische werkzaamheden en één partij voor de bouwkundige werkzaamheden) die in staat zijn om gedurende het project de gevraagde installatietechnische en bouwkundige werkzaamheden te leveren c.q. te verzorgen. Het doel van deze selectieleidraad is het selecteren van maximaal vijf gegadigden/inschrijvers per perceel. Aanbestedende dienst vraagt vervolgens in de gunningsfase aan deze gegadigden/inschrijvers een inschrijving in te dienen overeenkomstig de inschrijvingsleidraad. Binnen de scope van het project vallen de volgende werkzaamheden: Installatietechnisch: • Afkoppelen en markeren van de te slopen installatietechnische componenten • Een nieuw opweksysteem (all-electric-ready) met behulp van een luchtwaterwarmtepomp • Vervangen van de CV-ketels • Een afgifte systeem door middel van ventilatorconvectoren met behoud van de bestaande radiatoren • Een gebalanceerd ventilatiesysteem met energieterugwinning • Vervanging van de traditionele verlichting door ledverlichting daar waar dit binnen het pand nog niet is vervangen • Aanpassingen aan de centrale warmwateropwekking naar geclusterde lokale voorzieningen • Vervanging van de brandmeldinstallatie • Een nieuw gebouwbeheerssysteem • Het aanleggen van een energiemanagementsysteem • Benodigde elektrotechnische werkzaamheden incl. aanpassingen aan de hoofdverdeelkast • Demonteren en hermonteren van (nood)verlichting • Aanpassingen aan de zonnepanelen waar nodig t.b.v. de nieuw te plaatsen installatie • Het maken van UO-tekeningen en benodigde berekeningen voorafgaand aan de uitvoering.; Bouwkundig: • Algehele coördinatie incl. van de uit te voeren werkzaamheden van de verschillende percelen inclusief VGM-coördinatie • Beschermende voorzieningen aan het gebouw en de vloerafwerking aanbrengen ter voorkoming van schade • Tijdelijke voorzieningen voor warmte en koeling realiseren • Sloopwerkzaamheden • Bouwkundige werkzaamheden aan technische ruimte op het dak ten behoeve van het uithuizen en inhuizen van de nieuwe klimaatinstallatie • Demonteren en her-monteren van plafonds incl. aanpassingen daar waar nodig • Herstelwerkzaamheden aan wanden en vloeren • Wijzigingen aan de hoofddraagconstructie indien noodzakelijk • Herstellen brandwerende scheidingen • Vernieuwen vloercoating technische ruimten
