Description

De gemeente Leiden beheert een groot aantal stroomkasten in de stad voor evenementen en markten. Deze stroomkasten moeten voldoen aan de NEN3140-norm. Om hier blijvend aan te kunnen voldoen is periodiek onderhoud noodzakelijk. Daarnaast zijn de stroomkasten de afgelopen jaren bijna allemaal geoptimaliseerd voor multifunctioneel gebruik, zoals bijvoorbeeld het opladen van auto's, om hun capaciteit beter te benutten. De gemeente heeft behoefte aan een onderhoudscontract voor deze stroomkasten, inclusief de afhandeling van calamiteiten zoals storingen, vervanging van stroomkasten. • De globale raming van €55.000,- per jaar voor alleen het onderhoudsaspect. (€55.000 x 4 jaar = €220.000,- ) Voor de vervanging is geen raming af te geven omdat dit per kast beoordeeld wordt. De raamovereenkomst heeft een maximale waarde van €350.000,-.
