Summary

Machine-generated summary

The municipality of Leiden manages a large number of electricity distribution cabinets in the city, used for events and markets. These cabinets must comply with the NEN3140 standard, which requires periodic maintenance. In recent years almost all cabinets have been optimised for multifunctional use, for example charging cars, to make better use of their capacity. The contract sought is a maintenance agreement for these cabinets, including the handling of incidents such as faults and the replacement of cabinets. Maintenance alone is estimated globally at EUR 55,000 per year, around EUR 220,000 over four years. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 350,000 and assignments are awarded on call-off.
