Description

Ter voorbereiding op een eventuele (Europese) aanbesteding organiseert de Politie deze marktconsultatie omtrent Hotel- Vergaderaccommodaties. Boekingen van Hotelaccommodaties, omvat overnachtingen voor één of meerdere personen of groepsboekingen voor een bepaalde verblijfsduur en optioneel eten, drinken, parkeren etc. De Boekingen van Vergaderaccommodaties omvatten de huur van de externe accommodatie en de direct daaraan verbonden verzorging en optioneel bijbehorende Hotelovernachting(en). De te huren Vergaderaccommodaties omvat zowel kleine zalen vanaf 2 personen als ook grote (congres)zalen. Dit betekent dat het mogelijk is om een locatie ten behoeve van evenementen eveneens, maar niet exclusief, via de Intermediair te boeken. De Politie moet bij evenementen, calamiteiten of andere gebeurtenissen ter plaatse kunnen zijn door het gehele land en daarom is het vaak nodig gebruik te maken van externe accommodaties om te Vergaderen of te overnachten. Om een beeld te geven van de diversiteit aan reguliere Boekingen is onderstaande opsomming met voorbeelden opgenomen van doelen waarvoor een Hotel- of Vergaderaccommodatie moet worden geboekt: • Team- of afdelingsbijeenkomsten; • Vergaderingen; • Opleidingen en trainingen; • Afgeschermde boekingen; • Zomerbijstand ; • Leiderschapsdagen; • Bijeenkomsten strategisch netwerk korpsleiding; • Diverse 2-daagse sessies voor verschillende afdelingen binnen de Politie.
