De gemeente Losser is voornemens om de opdracht om maximaal 80 Oekraïense ontheemden op te vangen, te gunnen aan Hotel de Grote Zwaan. Gemeente Losser is voornemens om de overeenkomst op korte termijn en zonder voorafgaande Europese aanbestedingsprocedure te sluiten en plaatst daarom deze vrijwillige aankondiging uit transparantie en rechtszekerheid. Belanghebbenden die van oordeel zijn dat gemeente Losser in strijd handelt met het aanbestedingsrecht, hebben de mogelijkheid om binnen 20 kalenderdagen vanaf de publicatiedatum hun bezwaren tegen het één op één sluiten van een overeenkomst, waarbij wel vrijwillige transparantie vooraf gegeven wordt, dan wel hun interesses in een mededingingsprocedure middels een openbare aanbestedingsprocedure, kenbaar te maken. In de bijlage op het Mercellplatform vindt u de motivering voor deze procedure.
