Procedure Europese aanbesteding middels de procedure voor Sociale en Andere Specifieke diensten (SAS-diensten) conform artikel 2.38 en 2.39 van de (gewijzigde) aanbestedingswet 2012. Opdrachtgever De opdrachtgever bij deze aanbesteding is de regio West-Brabant Oost (WBO). Voor meer informatie over de regio WBO verwijzen wij u naar de website van de regio: www.regiowbo.nl. De gemeente Breda voert de aanbestedingsprocedure uit namens de regio WBO. Opdracht De opdracht betreft zorg in onderwijs en heeft betrekking op het realiseren van een geïntegreerde ontwikkelomgeving op de betrokken scholen in het speciaal onderwijs en voortgezet speciaal onderwijs. Binnen de ontwikkelomgeving dragen zorgprofessionals schoolbreed, collectief en in nauwe samenwerking met het onderwijs bij aan de onderwijsdeelname en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van leerlingen. Percelen Deze opdracht is niet verdeeld in percelen. Doel Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om voor de opdracht een overeenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer. Looptijd De overeenkomst kent een looptijd van 2 jaar met als ingangsdatum 1 januari 2027. Opdrachtgever kan de overeenkomst na het verstrijken van de looptijd 2 keer schriftelijk verlengen met steeds een periode van 12 kalendermaanden. Mercell Deze aanbesteding zal uitsluitend en geheel digitaal online worden afgehandeld via het Mercell platform (www.mercell.com).
