Procedure Aanbesteding middels de Europese niet-openbare procedure conform hoofdstuk 3 van het ARW 2016. Let op: Dit betreft een heraanbesteding van de eerder op 26 oktober 2025 gepubliceerde niet-openbare aanbesteding "Nieuwbouw MFA Bavel met kenmerk M2503 2096" (Identificatiecode 707660-2025), waarvan de aanbestedende dienst heeft besloten deze in te trekken. Opdrachtgever De opdrachtgever bij deze aanbesteding is de Gemeente Breda. Voor meer informatie over de Gemeente Breda verwijzen wij u naar de website van de gemeente: www.breda.nl. Opdracht De gemeente Breda ontwikkelt een nieuwe MFA (Multi Functionele Accommodatie) in het dorp Bavel. De nieuwe MFA bestaat uit een sporthal (ter vervanging van de bestaande sporthal De Huif), een cultuurzaal, een horeca en diverse bijbehorende ruimten. De opdracht betreft op hoofdlijnen: de werkvoorbereiding en het vervaardigen van het Uitvoeringsgereed Ontwerp; het uitvoeren van de nieuwbouw van de MFA met een omvang van ca. 4100 m2 BVO; het uitvoeren van terreinwerkzaamheden, oftewel woonrijp maken van de grond (ca. 2.000 m²); de onderhoudstermijn bedraagt 12 maanden; aanvullend is het onderhoud aan de installaties gedurende 24 maanden onderdeel van de opdracht, met aansluitend 2 keer 12 maanden optionele verlenging; Percelen Deze opdracht is niet verdeeld in percelen.
