Description

De opdracht omvat: - Het bemensen van een laagdrempelige inloopvoorziening voor dakloze en kwetsbare EU-onderdanen; - Het inzetten van een outreachend straathoekwerker; - Het betrokken zijn bij de intake van daklozen die worden aangemeld voor de kortdurende opvang van niet-rechthebbende EU-onderdanen; - Het bieden van maatwerkbegeleiding in de eigen taal in de kortdurende opvang met als doel het vinden van werk, of als dat niet lukt terugkeer naar land van herkomst; - Daarnaast bevat de opdracht administratieve werkzaamheden, waaronder het informeren van de gemeente en samenwerkingspartners over de behaalde resultaten door middel van het periodiek opstellen van (voortgangs)rapportages. De opdracht heeft een maximale omvang van € 265.000,- exclusief BTW per jaar. Met een geraamde looptijd van maximaal drieënhalf (3,5) jaar komt dit op € 927.500,- exclusief BTW.
