Description

Voor de uitvoering van haar wettelijke taken op het gebied van geo-informatie - waaronder de bijhouding van de Basisregistratie Grootschalige Topografie (BGT) en de Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG) - alsmede voor toezicht, handhaving, vergunningverlening en integraal beheer van de openbare ruimte, maakt de gemeente gebruik van actueel 360-graden beeldmateriaal. Dit beeldmateriaal stelt medewerkers in staat objecten in de openbare ruimte op afstand nauwkeurig te inspecteren, te meten en te muteren, waardoor het aantal fysieke veldbezoeken aanzienlijk wordt beperkt en de kwaliteit en snelheid van datavastlegging worden vergroot. Met deze aanbestedingsprocedure is gemeente Haarlemmermeer (hierna ook aangeduid met ‘aanbestedende dienst’) voornemens één partij te selecteren voor de uitvoering van de jaarlijkse inwinning van 360-graden beeldmateriaal van het volledige gemeentelijk grondgebied, het hosten en ontsluiten van de beelden via een webgebaseerde viewer (SaaS), en de int Het grondgebied van gemeente Haarlemmermeer bestaat uit ca. 206 km2 en 785 km1 wegen (provinciale-, waterschaps- en gemeentelijke wegen).
