Description

De scope van de opdracht omvat de levering van Printwerk brieven en verzorging van hieraan gerelateerde diensten. De Opdracht omvat de integrale inkoopbehoefte van de gemeente Amsterdam en is ingedeeld in twee percelen: Printwerk geadresseerde brieven. Printwerk ongeadresseerde brieven. Geadresseerde brieven zijn brieven die informatie bevatten afgestemd op de persoonlijke situatie of het profiel van de ontvanger. Dit kan een persoon, maar ook een ondernemer zijn. De brieven bevatten de naam en adres van de ontvanger. Daarnaast kan in de brief ook persoonlijke informatie specifiek gericht op de ontvanger bevatten. Denk hierbij aan verzuimbrieven, een WOZ aanslag, boetes en uitkeringsspecificaties.; Ongeadresseerde brieven zijn generieke brieven die breed verspreid worden naar alle brievenbussen in een bepaald gebied zonder specifieke naam of adres. De brieven gaan veelal over de wijk of stadsdeel. Denk hierbij aan berichtgeving dat de rotonde wordt aangepast, informatie over de marathon van Amsterdam waardoor sommige wegen afgesloten zijn, evenementen in de buurt of onderhoudswerkzaamheden in de omgeving.
