Description

De opdracht betreft voor Summa het ontwikkelen, vormgeven en DTP-matig uitwerken van communicatiemiddelen die niet gerealiseerd kunnen worden via de beschikbare formats en templates in Huisstijlmanager (zoals reguliere posters, folders, flyers, banners, bewijzen van deelname, visitekaartjes en social media-afbeeldingen). Alle werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd conform de geldende positionering, identiteit, merkstrategie en huisstijlrichtlijnen van Summa. Voor het huidige jaar wordt, buiten de reguliere inzet van de Huisstijlmanager om, uitgegaan van een aanvullende behoefte met een geraamde waarde van €55.000 exclusief btw. Deze raming is gebaseerd op onder meer campagne-uitingen, beursmaterialen, schema’s, drukwerk en DTP-werkzaamheden. De totale maximale contractwaarde over de gehele contractperiode (inclusief eventuele verlengingen) bedraagt naar schatting € 220.000 exclusief btw. Deze inschatting is tot stand gekomen op basis van historische gegevens en een doorkijk naar toekomstige ontwikkelingen.
