Description

Summa wil met deze aanbesteding een Raamovereenkomst sluiten met één partij die voor haar de inhuur van examensurveillanten uit zal voeren. Opdrachtnemer zal hierbij verantwoordelijk zijn voor het aanleveren van gekwalificeerde surveillanten op aanvraag vanuit Summa. Onder de dienstverlening vallen onder meer de werving en selectie, het uitvoeren van de planning en de waarborging van de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Daarbij is het van belang dat gedurende de volledige dienstverlening omgegaan kan worden met mogelijke wijzigingen, piekbelasting of onverwachte uitval. De omvang van de opdracht, gebaseerd op historische gegevens, bedraagt op jaarbasis ongeveer €500.000,- inclusief BTW, wat neer komt op ongeveer €415.000,- exclusief BTW. De verwachting is dat in de komende jaren, de uitgaven op jaarbasis voor de inhuur van surveillanten zal afnemen, echter is op dit moment nog onduidelijk met hoeveel dit exact zal afnemen. Op basis van de huidige afname gebaseerd op de historische gegevens van ongeveer €415.000,- exclusief BTW, komt de totale geraamde waarde van deze opdracht, inclusief eventuele verlengingen en de verwachte daling, neer op ongeveer €1.400.000,- exclusief BTW.
