De scope van de opdracht omvat het overnemen van onderhoudsgegevens van installaties en componenten op circa 15 Gasunie-locaties in Nederland in een eigen onderhoudssysteem en het beheren van het meerjarige onderhoudsplan. Daarnaast voert de opdrachtnemer preventief onderhoud en gerelateerd correctief onderhoud uit op basis van werkorders, het onderhoudsplan 2027-2034, onderhoudshistorie en inspecties. Ook valt het oplossen van door Gasunie gemelde storingen en het leveren van benodigde materialen onder de scope, inclusief obsolescence management. Tot slot houdt de opdrachtnemer logboeken bij, stelt rapportages en analyses op, voert partial discharge-metingen op HS-kabels uit en adviseert over onderhoudsoptimalisatie. Update 13-05-2026: Naar aanleiding van de Eerste Nota van Inlichtingen is een omissie geconstateerd in de oorspronkelijke certificering. Deze omissie wordt hierbij hersteld, in die zin dat de eerder gestelde eis met betrekking tot de BEI-certificering te vervallen. De geraamde waarde voor de gehele looptijd van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt naar schatting €4.800.000 op basis van 8 jaar. Deze geraamde waarde betreft het totale bedrag, exclusief omzetbelasting, met inbegrip van opties en verlengingen zoals in deze leidraad aangegeven.
