De gemeente Den Haag, vertegenwoordigd door de afdeling Centrale Vastgoedorganisatie (CVDH), is voornemens om vervangende nieuwbouw te realiseren voor de Islamitische basisschool Yunus Emre op de locatie Beresteinlaan 629 te Den Haag. Basisschool Yunus Emre is gelegen in de wijk Bouwlust en Vrederust (Venen, Oorden en Raden) in het stadsdeel Escamp.Het betreft vervangende nieuwbouw voor een basisschool met 17 groepen inclusief twee speellokalen en gymnastiekzaal alsmede ruimte voor voor- en vroegschoolse educatie (VVE). De schoolnaam betreft ISNO Yunus Emre - Beresteinlaan. De opdracht behelst het maken van een ontwerp voor het nieuw te bouwen kindcentrum aan de Beresteinlaan 629 in Den Haag-Zuidwest. Dit ontwerp zal in fases worden uitgevoerd (SO, VO, DO en TO), waarbij goedkeuring en opdrachtverstrekking per fase geschiedt. De werkzaamheden omvatten het architectonische/bouwkundige, constructieve en installatietechnische ontwerp, inclusief de benodigde bouwfysische, brandveiligheids- en duurzaamheidsadviezen en uitwerkingen (inclusief circulariteit). Voor het geheel zal een taakstellend budget meegegeven worden waarbinnen het ontwerp gerealiseerd moet kunnen worden. Het opstellen van de kostenraming(-en) behoort ook tot de werkzaamheden van het ontwerpteam.
