Stichting SARO is voornemens een Ontwerpteam te contracteren dat verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwerpen en vormgeven van de renovatie en herindeling van de Horeca Vakschool binnen de gestelde eisen en binnen gesteld budget en tijd. Met als resultaat een gerenoveerd, asbestvrije en toekomstbestendige schoolgebouw, welke voldoet aan het Rotterdams ambitieprofiel Frisse Scholen. Het betreft een Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding voor ontwerpdiensten vanaf de VO-fase. Het structuurontwerp uit de gunningsfase vormt de basis voor de verdere uitwerking van de Opdracht. De opdracht betreft een integrale ontwerpopdracht voor de renovatie van de Horeca Vakschool Rotterdam met een omvang van 3.112 m2. Het honorarium wordt als volgt over de fasen verdeeld:  Fase 1 Voorlopig ontwerp (het maken van een VO):  Fase 2 Definitief ontwerp (het maken van een DO):  Fase 3 Technisch Ontwerp (het maken van een TO en Bestek):  Fase 4 Esthetische bouwbegeleiding + oplevering en nazorg (esthetisch toezicht). Stichting SARO is voornemens een Ontwerpteam te contracteren dat verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwerpen en vormgeven van de renovatie en herindeling van de Horeca Vakschool binnen de gestelde eisen en binnen gesteld budget en tijd.
