Description

De opdracht betreft het totaalontwerp- en advies voor de nieuwbouw van het gemeentehuis Het Hogeland te Winsum. De basis daarvoor wordt gevormd door het Programma van Eisen, evenals het stedenbouwkundig kader en het beeldkwaliteitsplan (beschikbaar in de Inschrijvingsfase) waarbinnen het plan moet worden ingepast. Het integraal Ontwerpteam c.q. de Opdrachtnemer krijgt de Opdracht voor een geïntegreerd ontwerp. Daarbij dient het gehele project architectonisch, bouwkundig, installatietechnisch en bouwfysisch ontworpen en uitgewerkt te worden. De Opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het gehele ontwerp en de afstemming met disciplines.
