Description

MRDH wenst voor de ondersteuning voor de werving en coördinatie voor verkeerseducatie en -voorlichtingsprojecten in het onderwijs en het ondersteunen van gemeenten bij de inzet van verkeerseducatie en -campagnes voor de periode 2026-2028 in de metropoolregio Rotterdam-Den Haag een partij te contracteren. Voor de opdracht is een inschatting gemaakt voor de tijdbesteding. Deze komt op een gemiddelde tijdbesteding van totaal ca. 24 uur per week voor de totale opdracht. De samenwerking kent een basislooptijd van 36 maanden en start vanaf 1 januari 2026 en eindigt van rechtswege op 31 december 2028. Na de basislooptijd is er de mogelijkheid om de looptijd van de overeenkomst driemaal met één jaar te verlengen. het verlenen van een opdracht (aan een projectorganisatie) voor de coördinatie van verkeerseducatie en -voorlichting in de metropoolregio. De opdracht wordt aangegaan voor een periode van drie jaar met driemaal de optie om de contractduur met één jaar te verlengen. Indien de looptijd van de overeenkomst wordt overschreden, bijvoorbeeld door uitloop van een groot programma en/of project, dan heeft opdrachtgever de mogelijkheid om de overeenkomst eenzijdig met maximaal tweemaal 6 maanden, te verlengen, onder dezelfde voorwaarde als de oorspronkelijke overeengekomen overeenkomst.
