Het doel van deze overeenkomst is om te komen tot een stabiele, maandelijkse cyclus van klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken met resultaten op het gebied van gevraagde aantallen, validiteit en betrouwbaarheid. Het doel van de aanbesteding is het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer die in opdracht van Opdrachtgever de uitvoering van continue KTO en in voorkomende gevallen ad-hoc KTO’s gaat verrichten. Een concept raamovereenkomst is toegevoegd als bijlage 3 De omvang van de overeenkomst is 650. 000 euro over een periode van 4 jaar, inclusief de verlengingsjaren.
