Algemene informatie De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) staat in binnen- en buitenland bekend om haar unieke onderwijssysteem: het probleemgestuurde onderwijs (PGO). Bovendien profileert de UM zich door de sterk internationale oriëntatie. Een toenemend aantal studenten uit zowel heel Nederland als ook het buitenland kiest voor het Maastrichtse systeem. De UM is de jongste universiteit van Nederland en groeit snel. Er zijn momenteel ruim 23.000 studenten en 5.000 medewerkers. Onderwijs en onderzoek van de UM is voornamelijk georganiseerd op basis van faculteiten en schools. Meer informatie over de UM is te vinden op de internetsite www.maastrichtuniversity.nl. Inhoud van de Tender Deze aanbesteding richt zich op het in huur leveren, plaatsen en verwijderen van toetsmeubilair en aanverwante dienstverlening. Het toetsmeubilair bestaat uit tafels en stoelen welke volgens een vooraf bekend schema en opstelling van examens en toetsen, tot een maximum van ca. 2000 sets per dag wordt geplaatst. Bovendien dient er een inspectieronde uitgevoerd te worden op het einde van iedere dag dat de opstelling van het toetsmeubilair in de toetshal staat - en dus niet op- of afgebouwd wordt. In het UM Sportcentrum dienen er bovendien matjes onder de stoelen geplaatst te worden ter bescherming van de sportvloer. Tenslotte dienen er UM blokpalen bij de blokken geplaatst te worden t.b.v. informatievoorziening studenten. Doel en beoogd resultaat van de Tender Het doel van deze Offerteaanvraag is het aangaan van een Overeenkomst met één partij. De ingangsdatum van deze overeenkomst is voorzien op 1 oktober 2026 en eindigt, behoudens verlenging, van rechtswege op 30 september 2027. Deze Overeenkomst kan met maximaal 2 maal 1 jaar en 1 maal 1 jaar en 11 mnd worden verlengd. De maximale duur van de Overeenkomst is derhalve 5 jaar en 11 mnd.
