• Je bent vraagbaak voor toezichthouders indirecte lozingen, je begeleidt en adviseert deze bij handhaving en toezicht bij de zwaardere bedrijven waar substantiële lozingen plaats vinden. • Als adviseert waar, wanneer en hoe er het beste monsters genomen kunnen worden bij bepaalde specifieke situaties, dit in samenwerking met het waterschap. • Je geeft adviezen over rapporten en metingen en ondersteunt met het beoordelen van deze lozingen, daarnaast adviseer je over de juiste te volgen strategieën. • Je helpt de toezichthouder lozingen te adviseren over de lozingenvoorschriften in vergunningen en beoordeeld wat er in deze voorschriften moet worden opgenomen. • Je fungeert als vraagbaak, denkt mee en interpreteert technische rapportages (o.a. ABM toetsen en ZZS rapportages) en adviseer hierover in het kader van toezicht & handhaving. • Je ondersteunt de toezichthouders met het informeren en adviseren van ondernemers over de van toepassing zijnde wet- en regelgeving en over hun bijdrage aan de duurzame samenleving. Specifiek naar onze ketenpartners toe vanuit de Waterschappen fungeer je als aanspreekpunt bij complexe lozing situaties.
