Description

De Provincie Limburg heeft behoefte aan een flexibele en toekomstbestendige invulling van tijdelijke personele capaciteit en de ondersteuning van talentontwikkeling binnen de Limburgse overheid. Hiervoor wenst de Provincie Limburg nieuwe raamovereenkomsten af te sluiten voor de inhuur van flexwerkers, medewerkers binnen de Wet banenafspraak en de detachering van trainees binnen het traineeprogramma RichtingZuid. De huidige raamovereenkomst eindigt per 1 januari 2027, waardoor middels deze aanbesteding de continuïteit van deze dienstverlening wordt geborgd. Dit perceel ziet toe op de tijdelijke inzet van flexibele arbeidskrachten ter ondersteuning van de organisatie bij onder andere tijdelijke capaciteitsvraagstukken, piekbelasting, vervanging bij uitval en de behoefte aan specifieke kennis of expertise. Daarnaast maakt de dienstverlening rondom medewerkers die vallen onder de Wet banenafspraak onderdeel uit van dit perceel. Hiermee wordt invulling gegeven aan het duurzaam creëren van passende arbeidsmogelijkheden voor deze doelgroep.; Dit perceel heeft betrekking op de detachering en ondersteuning van trainees binnen het traineeprogramma RichtingZuid. Dit programma richt zich op het aantrekken, ontwikkelen en behouden van jong talent voor de Limburgse (semi)overheid. De opdrachtnemer vervult hierbij de rol van formeel werkgever en ondersteunt onder andere bij de werving en selectie, personeelsadministratie, begeleiding en uitvoering van het werkgeverschap gedurende het traineeship.
