Description

Als jurist ben je breed inzet op het terrein van vergunningverlening en toezicht & handhaving bedrijven (met name industrie, maar ook agrarisch). Dit zowel op het terrein van milieu als op het terrein van natuur (natura 2000). Waar nodig neem je lopende dossiers op je om collega’s te ontlasten of te vervangen. Verder zul je in ook verzoeken op basis van de Woo behandelen. Ten slotte heb je uitgebreide kennis van het omgevingsrecht en vind je het uitdagend om collega’s en opdrachtgevers hierin te adviseren. De specifieke werkzaamheden betreffen: • Adviseren bij complexe vergunningen- en handhavingsprocedures. • Toetsen van handhavings-, vergunningen- en maatwerkbesluiten • Behandelen van handhavingsverzoeken • Behandelen van bezwaar- en beroepschriften. • Behandelen van Woo-verzoeken. • Adviseren over diverse milieu- en natuurthema’s. • Adviseren bij omgevingsplannen (incl. m.e.r.-vraagstukken) • Signaleren van relevante ontwikkelingen in jurisprudentie en wet- en regelgeving. • Juridisch klankbord zijn voor je collega’s. Verder schakel je met de gemeenten en provincie in verband met de behandeling van juridische dossiers en signaleer je verbeterpunten in de uitvoering van het werk. Waar nodig help je werkprocedures en -afspraken te verbeteren en te borgen. Uiteraard neem jij je collega’s bij de ODU hierin mee en deel je je kennis en ervaring.
