ZonMw is voornemens om in januari 2026 een aanbesteding te publiceren met als doel het afsluiten van een overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor de aanschaf, implementatie en het technisch applicatiebeheer en onderhoud van een SAAS-gebaseerd Professional Services Automation (PSA)-systeem ter ondersteuning van de volgende processen: • Personele capaciteitsbegroting en planning; • Tijdschrijven; • Contractmanagement; • Inkoop van inkooporder tot en met betalen facturen; • Verkoop van diensten van het vastleggen van de afspraak tot en met het factureren van deze dienstverlening en de bijbehorende incasso; • Financiële administratie van zowel het exploitatiegedeelte als de subsidie programma/projectuitvoering; • Financieel beheren van en rapporteren over subsidieprogramma’s/projecten • Financieel beheren van en rapporteren over interne projecten. De opdracht bestaat uit de volgende 4 onderdelen: 1. Leveren van licenties gedurende de gedefinieerde contractperiode voor een SAAS gebaseerde PSA-applicatie. PSA staat voor Professional Services Automation. 2. Implementatie van deze PSA-oplossing inclusief configuratie, realisatie vereiste koppelingen, systeemtesten, ondersteuning gebruikersacceptatie, dataconversie, opleiding & training van functioneel beheer en gebruikers, ondersteuning bij de adoptie en nazorg. 3. Uitvoering conform het ITIL v3 raamwerk van het applicatie beheer en technisch beheer na implementatie van de PSA-oplossing gedurende de resterende looptijd van het contract. 4. Consultancy diensten voor optimalisatie van inrichting van de applicaties op verzoek van ZonMw gedurende de looptijd van het contract.
