Description

Met het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst stelt de aanbestedende dienst zich in staat om, op basis van deskundige advisering, op efficiënte en rechtmatige wijze softwarelicenties in te kopen. De overeenkomst moet voorzien in snelle en flexibele afname tegen marktconforme en zoveel mogelijk uniforme condities, waarbij prijs, leveringsvoorwaarden en ondersteuning optimaal zijn afgestemd op de behoeften van de organisatie. Met één (1) dienstverlener wordt een raamovereenkomst aangegaan, waarvan het concept als bijlage bij dit beschrijvend document is gevoegd. De aanbestedende dienst heeft de (financiële) omvang van de opdracht zo nauwkeurig mogelijk geraamd op basis van historische gegevens. Hierbij is rekening gehouden met een inflatiecorrectie van 5% op jaarbasis. Dit geeft het volgende beeld: • Totaal vaste looptijd (24 maanden): circa € 283.000,- excl. btw. • Optioneel contractjaar 3 (12 maanden): € 346.000,- excl. btw. • Optioneel contractjaar 4 (12 maanden): € 364.000,- excl. btw. • Totaal inclusief optionele verlengingen (maximaal 48 maanden): circa € 993.000,- exclusief btw. Er kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend aan de genoemde aantallen en/of hoeveelheden.
