Description

Voor de diverse medewerkers van BVO NL is een goed werkende werkplek nodig. Onder werkplekken wordt kortgezegd verstaan: laptops, tablets, beeldschermen en diverse bijbehorende randapparatuur. Op korte termijn verwacht BVO NL een aantal grote vernieuwingen hierbij is standaardisatie van diverse typen gewenst. N.B.: aanbestedende dienst maakt u attent dat de geschiktheidseisen zijn aangepast. Zie hiervoor ook de meest actuele aanbestedingsdocumenten. Er zal sprake zijn van een initiële afname van hardware (special bid), waarna gefaseerd hardware ouder dan 2 jaar en overige apparatuur vervangen zal worden. Daarnaast zijn er kosten op het gebied van dienstverlening. Deze kosten zullen voor een periode van 4 jaar de grens van 215.000 euro overstijgen. De geraamde waarde voor het totaal van deze opdracht ligt maximaal op 1,5 miljoen euro excl. btw. De Stichting Bevolkingsonderzoek Nederland vindt het niet passend om de (samengevoegde) Opdracht conform artikel 1.5 lid 3 Aanbestedingswet onder te verdelen in meerdere percelen. De redenen hiervoor zijn dezelfde als de redenen om de verschillende overheidsopdrachten samen te voegen tot de Opdracht. Indien de (samengevoegde) Opdracht zou worden opgedeeld in verschillende percelen, zouden immers de voordelen van samenvoeging tenietgedaan worden.
