Description

De scope is zoveel als mogelijk functioneel omschreven. De functionele eisen zijn opgenomen in het programma van eisen zoals bijgevoegd als bijlage bij deze aanbesteding. De overkoepelende functionele scope bestaat uit de kwalitatief hoogwaardige vervanging en aanvulling van hardware die op de scholen in gebruik is voor actueel beschikbare hardware. De nieuwe hardware dient daarbij aan te sluiten op de hardware die al in gebruik is. Het betreft alle hardware die een gebruiker (leerling en medewerker) nodig heeft bij een (leerling)bureau, danwel in de klas, zijnde (niet uitputtend): • Chromebook • Laptop (eventueel met touchscreen) • Beeldscherm • Toebehoren (muis, toetsenbord, kabels etc.) De maximale waarde wordt gesteld op € 1.050.000,- exclusief btw, zijnde € 1.270.500- inclusief btw. In de maximale waarde is ten opzichte van de raming rekening gehouden met ongeveer 50% onvoorziene omstandigheden. Deze onvoorziene omstandigheden zien op de fluctuatie van leerling aantallen en medewerkers-aantallen en mede ook op de levensduur en omloopsnelheid van ICT Hardware.
