De gemeente Stein werkt in de wijk Nieuwdorp aan herstructurering en verduurzaming. De gemeente wil de openbare ruimte herinrichten, vergroenen en de omgeving van de kerk en school herontwikkelen. Hiertoe zijn voor de 3 deelgebieden ontwerpen opgesteld. Gelijktijdig vinden binnen de wijk werken door derden plaats ter plaatse van de woningen, waardoor een zorgvuldige planning vereist is. Vanwege de verwevenheid van de wegen en ondergrondse structuren wenst de gemeente 1 uitvoerende partij voor de civiele werken van dit project. De opdracht wordt aanbesteed in de vorm van een raamovereenkomst. Bijgevoegde ontwerpen worden door derden gedetailleerd, waarna er deelopdrachten uitgegeven worden.
