Op dit moment staat GVB Infra BV voor de taak om de civiele werkzaamheden in en rond de trambaan vanaf 1 januari 2027 onder te brengen bij een externe partij, die hierin duurzaamheidsaspecten dient mee te nemen. GVB vindt dit aspect vanuit maatschappelijk oogpunt nu en voor de toekomst van groot belang. Een nieuwe overeenkomst met een externe partij dient dan ook te voorzien in deze vooruitstrevende ambitie. De duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen voor uitstootreductie, zero emissie of emissievrij en circulariteit van de gemeente Amsterdam en de VRA in 2030 en 2035 worden meegenomen binnen de looptijd van de overeenkomst en zijn relevant voor de omvang van deze aanbesteding. Zie de selectieleidraad Deze aanbesteding van GVB richt zich op civiele werkzaamheden in en rond de traminfrastructuur vanuit het Meerjarig Onderhouds Plan (MOP). Hieruit volgt het dagelijks onderhoud (DO), de calamiteitendienst (CD) en Meerjarige Vervangings Projecten (MVP) in Groot-Amsterdam. GVB beheert namens de VRA 500 tramhaltes en ca. 200 km trambaan. Voor de waarborging van de exploitatie trams is het noodzakelijk dat er periodiek, en in sommige gevallen spoedeisend, onderhoud wordt gepleegd aan de trambaanverhardingen. Het gaat hier onder meer om: • Opbreken/ aanleggen bestratingen; • Opbreken/ aanbrengen asfalt in trambaan of rijbaan; • Trambaanplaten verwijderen en/of opnieuw leggen; • Aanbrengen van PVC-leidingen voor de afvoer van hemelwater en ten behoeve van kabels en leidingen; • Onderbaan (cunet) van trambaanfundering aanleggen; • Verwijderen/ aanbrengen betonnen trambaanfundering (onderbed); • Verwijderen/ aanbrengen betonnen trambaanverharding tussen de spoorstaven; • Ondergieten spoordelen; • Plaatsen, onderhouden en verwijderen tijdelijke verkeersmaatregelen: afzettingen, omleidingsbebording etc. • Diverse civiele werkzaamheden naast en rond de trambaan.
