Summary

Machine-generated summary

This project covers the redevelopment of the public space in a residential neighbourhood whose current surfaces, consisting of concrete street pavers on the carriageway and concrete slabs on the pavements, are more than 50 years old and give the area an outdated appearance. The sewerage system is aged but can partly be relined, and the sewer connections, partly made of stoneware, need replacement. The works comprise the preparation of a survey report through to a final design, including underlying documents, and the realisation of the redevelopment. Scope is approximately 25,000 m2 of street paving, 5,000 m of sewerage (replacement or relining of wastewater sewers and installation of rainwater drains) and 1,300 m2 of greenery removal and replanting, including trees.
