Description

Het zuiveren van afvalwater behoort tot de kerntaken van Opdrachtgever. Hierbij ontstaat zuiveringsslib. Het zuiveringsslib dient met de inzet van het Product (polyelektroliet (PE)) binnen de daarvoor vastgestelde tijd bedrijfszeker en ongestoord te worden verwerkt in een Silbontwateringsinstallatie (SOI) of een Slibindikkingsinstallatie (SII), zonder dat daarbij de continuïteit van het zuiveringsproces in gevaar komt. De bij elkaar opgetelde waarde van de onderhavige Raamovereenkomsten is over de initiële looptijd van een (1) jaar en de optiejaren van drie (3) maal een (1) jaar, gemaximeerd tot een bedrag van € 9.900.000, - exclusief BTW (zegge: negen miljoen negenhonderdduizend euro) en exclusief herzieningsclausule.
