Deze aanbesteding heeft tot doel één Opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst voor de levering van Bedrijfskleding en Persoonlijke Beschermingsmiddelen (PBM’s), inclusief bijbehorende dienstverlening zoals het inmeten van medewerkers, retourname en circulaire verwerking. Binnen HHR maken circa 470 medewerkers gebruik van bedrijfskleding en/of PBM's. Deze medewerkers zijn werkzaam in verschillende teams en voeren uiteenlopende werkzaamheden uit, waaronder waterbeheer en -zuivering, onderhoud aan dijken en gemalen, veldinspecties en ondersteunende kantoorwerkzaamheden. De Opdracht betreft de levering van Bedrijfskleding en PBM’s zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 2 Tarievenblad. Bedrijfskleding Onder bedrijfskleding wordt verstaan: kleding die medewerkers dragen voor de uitvoering van hun werkzaamheden en die kan bijdragen aan veiligheid, herkenbaarheid en functionaliteit. Bedrijfskleding dient minimaal te voldoen aan EN ISO 13688 en dient voorzien te zijn van CE-markering Persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM’s) Onder PBM's worden verstaan: middelen die bedoeld zijn om medewerkers te beschermen tegen risico's voor hun veiligheid en gezondheid. PBM’s dienen te voldoen aan Verordening (EU) 2016/425 en de geldende (Europese) normen.
